Delivery & Returns

Covid 19 - We are open! You can order online and over the phone. Orders are being dispatched 2-3 times a week, always by Royal Mail First Class.

Please ensure you and your loved ones stay safe.



We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days. Orders are sent by Royal Mail First Class Delivery and overseas are sent by Priority Airmail. Orders over £50 will qualify for FREE DELIVERY (With UK Postcode Only) and will be sent via Royal Mail First Class Recorded (Signed For).

Special Deliveries ordered before 2pm Monday to Thursday are sent the same day for delivery next day before 1pm. Orders placed on Friday before 2pm, will be delivered on next working day (usually Monday, unless it's a Bank Holiday). Guaranteed Saturday Special Delivery is also available at the checkout.
Please note that Royal Mail has some postcodes exclusions to the above rules, you can find out more at Frequently asked quetions on Royal Mail website.

Shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you go through to the Shopping Basket (checkout).

We do not ship on weekends.

At the checkout you will have an option to add a delivery note, such as 'Leave with a neighbour if no one is in', however please note that we can not be help responsible for parcels requested to be left where they can easily be accessible by the public, i.e. 'box by the gate' or 'in the recycling bin' etc.

Once we have dispatched your item, you will receive an email from us confirming this. Proof of postage is always obtained, if your parcel does not arrive for any reason within expected time please contact us. If you have any other requirements for shipping please do not hesitate to contact us for a quote.

International Delivery - Orders are sent via Royal Mail Priority Airmail, shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you go through to the Shopping Basket (checkout).

Customs Information - When ordering goods from us for delivery outside of the European Union, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. 

Please note that we do not ship to the USA or Canada. Orders received with delivery addresses to these countries will be refunded in full and no goods will be dispatched.


We will be happy to give you a full refund/credit on any item returned within 

14 days, as long as the item is in the same condition as sold. They must not have their tags removed and also to be returned in their original packaging, i.e. polythene bag, box or bubble wrap to ensure they are secure and to avoid damage in transit.

Polite Note: We recommend that you remove any makeup before trying. Items that are soiled, with loose hairs, contaminated with perfume, makeup or cigarette smoke will not be accepted for refund, credit or exchange.

Think Green - Where possible re-use the packaging, most of our orders are sent in blue mailing bags, turn them inside out and you have a new mailing bag! 

Please note our prepaid stamp cannot be used for returns. Buyers are responsible for any returns postage cost.

Some sale or more personal items are not returnable. These items will be clearly marked next to the product description on the website and on your order with NR* (Non Returnable).

We offer a hassle free returns policy as long as the above criteria is met. Any item that does not meet the above will be returned to you at your expense with a letter explaining why.

We do not charge for restocking, however for orders over £50 were you were eligible for FREE DELIVERY when you placed the order originally, if you decide to return any items, our standard postage cost of £2.90 will be deducted from the refund /credit amount This will only apply if your retained order value comes to below £50. The above will not apply if you paid for your delivery. 

We can only issue refunds to the original card charged. Once a refund has been processed you will receive an email to notify you of this and funds should reach your account within 5 working days.

Exchanges: We are also happy to do an exchange and use your credit towards a new order. If your new order goes over the credit amount, we will contact you and discuss how you would like to pay (please ensure there is a contact telephone number on your return). However if we process a new order and we owe you money we will then automatically refund you the difference.

Always request a proof postage at your post office as claims can not be processed without this. Bohemia Fashions will not be held responsible for items lost in the post when being returned. Buyers are responsible for any returns postage cost.
