When will I receive my order?

Our Free Signed For first class delivery service for orders over £50 means you should receive your order very quickly. Even if your order was under £50 or placed in the evening or at the weekend you won't have long to wait as we always use Royal Mail first class. 

How can I track my order?

If your order has been sent by a trackable service such as Signed For with Royal Mail, we will email you the tracking number upon request. Please email us your order reference to info@bohemiaheadwear.co.uk

Who will deliver my order and what happens if I'm out? 

UK orders will be sent by Royal Mail. Most items will need a signature, so if you are not in the driver will normally leave a card, you can go online and arrange redelivery, or collect the parcel from a local Post office.
To avoid this we suggest to leave a delivery note at the checkout, giving the postman instructions, such as "Please leave my parcel with a neighbour".

Can I visit your shop or collect my order? 

Unfortunately we don't have a shop or the facility for goods to be collected. We do make sure we have full details and clear pictures of all our products on the website - any more information is just a call or email away. Guaranteed Next day and Saturday deliveries are available for urgent orders.

How can I pay for my order? 

If you are ordering online we accept most credit and debit cards, alternatively you can pay by Paypal or Cheque. Please select Pay by Cheque if you are sending us a Postal Order. If you prefer you can telephone us with your order and card details, or send your order through the post with a cheque or postal order. Please do not send cash for security reasons.

I have placed an order - can I add or change something?

Otherwise, If there will be no-one in at the address / time you have chosen, the postman will normally leave a card so you can go online and arrange redelivery, or collect the parcel from a local Post office.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, with the exception of USA and Canada, due to our insurance policy, sorry!

I have received my order but there are items missing - what should I do?

Please check your despatch note in case part of your order is out of stock or unavailable. Otherwise please contact us so we can put it right.

I have received my order and something is damaged - what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as you receive the parcel if anything is damaged so we can arrange a replacement. We will need you to retain the damaged item and original packaging in case our carrier needs to inspect the parcel. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Can I return something I bought from you?

Of course! We're happy to accept returns up to 14 days after you receive them. Just send them back in the same condition you received them and we'll give you a full refund. You can find more details here.

I placed an order but it has not arrived.

The usual UK delivery times for first class Royal Mail is 1-3 working days, however from time to time, Royal Mail may have a delay which is out of our control, please contact us by phone on 01582 750083 or email us info@bohemiaheadwear.co.uk  if you have not received your order within 7 working days.
